News from ISoP Seminar in Boston!
PharmaSoft followed digitalization trends by attending the ISOP “Intelligent Automations in Pharmacovigilance” seminar in Boston on December 5-6, 2022.

We started with the opening speech of iVigiee CEO Jan Petracek and Biogen manager Jeffrey Philip’s to the event, where the industry’s leading companies and professionals working in official authorities made inspiring presentations for 2 days. The future of AI (artificial intelligence) in the field of pharmacovigilance was discussed in the “Update from Industry and Academia” session that followed. After the break, we had the chance to learn about the latest developments about intelligent automation in the field of PV by three different official authorities, namely MHRA, US FDA, and EMA. After listening to the automation success stories of companies and validation considerations in the next sessions, we ended the first day.
The second day started with a presentation on high-tech trends in pharmacovigilance. Right after, we attended an impressive session on how Blockchain and Metaverse technologies, which are important innovations of our time, can be integrated with our industry. Then, we ended the second day and seminar with a Q&A session.
As we leave the “Intelligent Automation in Pharmacovigilance” seminar behind, we would like to state that we are pleased to participate in this event, which gave us new perspectives for the future. Special thanks to ISoP and everyone who contributed!
