PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE FOR PERSONNEL

PharmaSoft İlaç Bilişim Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. attaches great importance to personal data privacy and confidentiality of private life within the scope of the company’s privacy policy. In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), our Company processes and protects your personal data as the Data Controller in compliance with relevant legislation. The principles of collection, processing, and transfer of your personal data are stated below.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Our Company processes your personal data to conduct personnel work and business processes, manage employee personnel records, carry out salary payments, provide additional benefits and rights, perform performance evaluations, plan training and career development, implement occupational health and safety measures, and fulfill obligations arising from legislation.

1. Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer

In accordance with KVKK and other relevant legislation, our Company may share your personal data for the purpose of conducting business processes with:

• Authorized public institutions and organizations,
• Social Security Institution,
• Tax offices,
• Authorized auditing firms and various service providers related to the management of your personnel rights.

1. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected by our Company during the employment contract process and throughout your employment period via forms, contracts, e-mail correspondences, internal company systems, and digital platforms. Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

1. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained during the term of your employment contract and for the legally required retention period after the contract ends. Once retention periods expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with KVKK.

1. Rights of Data Subjects

As a data subject, pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used accordingly,
• To know the third parties within or outside the country to whom your personal data is transferred,
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
• To request deletion or destruction of your personal data,
• To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your requests related to your rights through the methods specified in the PharmaSoft Personal Data Protection Law Disclosure and Consent Text available at https://pharmasoft.com.tr/tr/pharmasoft/. Upon receipt, your requests will be evaluated and finalized by our Company as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days.
