PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE IN THE CONTEXT OF JOB APPLICATIONS

PharmaSoft İlaç Bilişim Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. values personal data privacy and the confidentiality of private life within the scope of the company’s privacy policy. Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), as the data controller, we declare that we will process the personal data of job applicants within the scope specified below.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The personal data you provide during the job application process is processed for the following purposes:

• Evaluation of applications within the scope of human resources management,
• Conducting interview processes with candidates,
• Assessing suitability for the position,
• Verifying references and previous work experience,
• Creating a candidate pool for potential future employment opportunities,
• Fulfilling reporting and notification obligations required by relevant legislation.

2. Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred and the Purpose of Transfer

Your personal data collected for the purposes stated above may be shared with:

• Authorized public institutions and organizations,
• Our group companies and affiliates,
• Our business partners providing support in title control, verification, and human resources (HR) management,
• Legally authorized persons and private legal entities.

3. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data may be collected electronically (via e-mail, online job application platforms, etc.) or through printed documents. In accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed within the framework of the company’s legitimate interests and legal obligations.

4. Retention Period of Personal Data

If there is no suitable position following the job application process, your personal data may be retained for up to 2 years for potential future employment opportunities. However, once the retention periods stipulated by the relevant legislation expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

As a data subject, you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used accordingly,
• To know the third parties domestic or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request notification of this correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• To request deletion or destruction of your personal data and notification of this to third parties, if the reasons requiring processing have ceased despite lawful processing,
• To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may submit your requests regarding the rights above through the methods described in the PharmaSoft Personal Data Protection Law Disclosure and Consent Text, available at https://pharmasoft.com.tr/tr/pharmasoft/. Upon receipt, your requests will be evaluated and finalized by our Company as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days.
